Our Mission

We solved the high-density compute.

We have raised the bar in how high-density data centers are designed and operated.

High-density Ready

The facilities support high-density rack deployments to meet the growing needs of AI, HPC and enterprise-grade compute environments to 120kW and above per rack.

Modular Design

Data halls are configured to support the latest high-density AI compute with scalable 5–10mW modules to accommodate both industry and customer evolving needs. We have a significant increased speed of deployment as a result.

Comprehensive Security

Multi-layered physical and cyber security, including biometric access, 24/7 monitoring and advanced threat detection that ensures robust protection.

Advanced Cooling Infrastructure

Liquid-to-liquid cooling solutions are employed, more specifically: rear door heat exchangers (RDHX) and CDU's to control liquid-to-chip cooling. Dramatically reducing the need for traditional room-level air conditioning and ensuring a more stable thermal environment, supporting greener and lower-carbon data centre operations. No more atmospheric cooling.
Our Commitment

Ready for service in 2026.

Designed to Tier 3 standards.
Operating in strict alignment with the Uptime Institute’s rigorous standards.
Why Arlofin

We build new.

Unlike others who may be playing catch-up, at Arlofin we are focused on building new infrastructure that is designed to last into the future. We meticulously develop our solutions from the ground up, instilling confidence in our clients.

Sustainability Focused

Our commitment to sustainable innovation positions us as a leader in gigawatt-scale data infrastructure.

We design our on-site energy centres to integrate renewable and alternative energy solutions from day one, including gas, hydrogen, wind and solar.

Cost effective

From our multi megawatt-level capacity to our advanced AI-ready cooling systems - intelligent power distribution and renewable energy integration

ensures sustainable and cost-effective performance across every site we build.

High-Density Solution

By packing more compute into less space, we're reducing the need for larger facilities.

We support from 5kW to 120kW plus per rack, compared to the 3kW to 6kW found in traditional data centres. This enables more servers, GPUs or AI accelerators in the same footprint.
Environment

Sustainable Focus

We build for Zero Emissions in operation.
Our design centred on liquid-to-liquid cooling, smart power distribution and renewable-based on-site energy, not only lowering PUE but also reducing operational carbon by design.

With sustainable fuel generation and HVO backup, we’re on track toward 100% operational net‑zero emissions once available.
Our Commitment

Infrastructure that lasts.

We are focused on minimising the environmental footprint of data operations in our data centres and infrastructure.
Certification Commitments
ISO/IEC 30134 -1 to -7 for resource metrics (e.g. PUE, WUE, CUE).

EN 50600 series for data centre sustainability and resilience.

BREEAM, LEED, and CEEDA certifications for environmental design and operation.
Environmental Standards
Adherence to ISO 50001 or EN 50600 standards, including PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) tracking.

Carbon Reporting & Offsetting: GHG Protocol, CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) and SBTi (Science-Based Targets Initiative) data tracking and reporting tools.
Engineered for Efficiency
Our data centres are designed for peak performance and minimal waste, from how we cool racks to how we manage load across systems. We reduce operational carbon not just by using greener fuels, but by running smarter.

By enabling higher rack densities and optimising thermal performance, we help clients pack more compute into less space, cutting land use, cost, and energy waste.
